Avaya Telephony Manager, qualifying Bell Canada dealers will receive a REBATE.
- Rebate program runs now through December 31, 2011

Terms and Conditions
- In order to qualify for a rebate, you must note "CS 1000 Rebate Program" on each Veramark order you submit
- To claim your rebate, download the rebate form and submit it as instructed
- Veramark must receive the qualifying purchase order by December 31, 2011
- All qualifying rebate forms must be submitted by January 31, 2012
- You must complete all the sections in the rebate form to receive your rebate(s)
- Checks will be mailed directly to the Dealer address provided on the rebate request. Any rebate request received for an order that has been cancelled or cannot be validated will not be honored
- This offer is not valid in combination with any other offer or rebate
- Offer valid for Bell Canada dealers only
- Offer not valid where prohibited by law
