summary data to access and analyze the underlying detail – without taking the time to configure and run a report.

The new menu system in VeraSMART 10 makes it easier to
access the functionality you need. Under the Call Accounting
tab you can quickly access extensions, authorization codes,
and account codes.
- Group-based security structure offers speed and flexibility.
System administrators can quickly assign users to pre-defined security groups that provide role-based access to tasks and data, and can easily customize system, data, and reporting access for specific users or cost centers. VeraSMART 10 also allows system administrators to create entirely new security groups as necessary to meet organizational requirements
- Robust reporting engine delivers enhanced functionality.
With VeraSMART’s new interactive dashboards, you may not need to run reports to handle many of your day-to-day call accounting needs. But when you do need to use reports, you’ll find that VeraSMART reporting capabilities are easier to access than ever before.
