Streamline ordering and provisioning. An optional ordering and provisioning add-on enables self-serve, online catalog creation and integration with process workflows.
Track and manage extensions, network equipment, and other
IT assets. You can now add non-extension inventory such as network equipment, phones, and laptops.

Navigate effortlessly through the enhanced user interface
The redefined interface features relabeled tabs, new icons, and a modified color scheme that enhance the user experience and improve usability. Terminology throughout the application has been updated where necessary to conform to industry standards. Changes include:
- New "Add to Favorites" icon on the menu bar to simplify the configuration of the Favorites tab
- New "Printer Friendly" icon on the menu bar preserves screen space for application data
- Collapsible filter panes allow users to gain valuable screen space for application data
- Dynamic search selector fields
