An optional ordering and provisioning add-on enables online catalog creation and
integration with process workflows. Because this option includes a Business Process Editor, you can customize the catalog and workflows to match your business needs and automate vendor transactions for maximum process efficiency.

Track and manage extensions, network equipment, and other IT assets
VeraSMART Call Accounting gives you a unified view of extensions and other IT
assets to facilitate management of internal IT inventory across your enterprise. As part of the call accounting database, extensions are entered into the database automatically. In addition, you can add non-extension inventory such as
network equipment, phones, laptops, and more. There’s no limit to the types of
internal IT inventory you can enter and report on.
