Where can I go online to get help with a question or software issue?

Veramark provides an online Customer Portal which provides 24/7 access to a wide range of product documentation, informative videos, and frequently-asked questions about our call accounting software. Information about our eLearning options is included, and you also have the option to submit an email request directly to our Tech Support team.

The portal is available to all customers on active maintenance. Begin with the login page at https://support.veramark.com and enter your email address and product serial number. Your serial number can be found on the "About VeraSMART" or "About eCAS" pages within your software.

Recent additions to the Customer Portal include updated V & H default rate tables, and a variety of supporting documents for the VeraSMART 9.0 release.

I've been thinking about upgrading to VeraSMART 9.0 – what about the system requirements? What else would I need?

VeraSMART 9.0 supports Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox 3.6. So If you are currently using SQL Server 2000 or Internet Explorer 6, you'll need to upgrade to the latest versions before installing VeraSMART 9.0.

You can upgrade directly to VeraSMART 9.0 if you are currently running VeraSMART 7.x or 8.x, or eCAS 5.x. If you are currently running an older version of VeraSMART or eCAS Call accounting, you will need to update in stages.

Can VeraSMART help us streamline changes to personnel and telecom inventory?

In every organization, changes in personnel and telecom inventory are a fact of life. That’s why VeraSMART supports optional MACD workflows that can automate these processes and update your VeraSMART database in the process. These workflows help you make certain that every request to move, add, change, or deactivate inventory or personnel is properly routed and approved, automatically logged, and executed according to applicable process guidelines.

With Inventory MACD workflow, you can add inventory items to the VeraSMART database; move or change existing inventory items; and deactivate existing inventory items. With Personnel MACD workflow, you can add personnel and associate them with either new or existing inventory items; move or change existing personnel inventory and authorization codes; and deactivate existing personnel and update inventory that may be associated with them. Do you offer Professional Services? I need to set up some new EZ-Share exports but I don't have the time or resources for the job.

Yes! For projects that fall outside of our software maintenance coverage, we offer Call Accounting Professional Services at reasonable prices. Our services include EZ-Share exports, transferring your software or database to a different server, complete software upgrades, specialized training, consulting and more. All work is performed on a remote basis with the GoToAssist Express application.
