VeraSMART® eCAS® Call Accounting software for Avaya addresses the call
accounting needs of single or multi-site Avaya environments.
The newest release includes
an enhanced user interface, support for workflow automation
and inventory management,
and a wealth of optional capabilities that leverage
your call accounting investment to deliver added value. It supports multiple concurrent users and unlimited report recipients.
VeraSMART
eCAS is compliant with Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager, Avaya IP Office, and
Avaya Distributed Office.

Boost productivity with workflow automation. Optional workflows include packaged processes
for MACD and Help Desk. New email bonding capability streamlines workflow
processes involving the exchange of information with outside organizations. An
optional
Business Process Editor allows the creation of ticket statuses and
rules that define how workflows can utilize the email bonding capability.
- Streamline Ordering and Provisioning. Optional Ordering and Provisioning
capability makes it easy to create product catalogs and integrated workflows to
streamline ordering and provisioning across
your organization
- Track and manage extensions, network equipment, and other
IT assets. VeraSMART now supports desksets and software licenses
as
well as extensions and authorization codes. As part of the call accounting
database, extensions are entered into the database automatically. In addition,
you can add nonextension inventory such
as network equipment, phones, laptops,
and more.
- Utilize the latest server, database and browser technology.

The redefined interface features relabeled tabs, new icons, and a modified color
scheme that enhance the user experience and improve usability. Terminology
throughout the application has been updated where necessary to conform to
industry standards. Changes include:
- New "Add to Favorites" icon lets you add a page to your Favorites with a single
click
- New "Printer Friendly" icon preserves screen space for
application data
- “Search the Menu” helps you navigate by letting you word search for menu and
item names
- “View in Excel” lets you export data from any list view into an XML file for
opening in Microsoft Excel®
- Improved page titles
- Improved button and link placement
